What is Police exam?
Police exam is been conducted by Union Public Service Commission for recruiting Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Police Forces (CPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
Police exam 2013 Paper Pattern :-
There will be 2 written exam-
Paper 1- General Ability and Intelligence (Objective Type) for 250 marks.
Paper 2- Essay, Precis writing and comprehension (Conventional Type) for 150 Marks.
PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL STANDARDS TEST- To be conducted only of candidates who qualify the written examination.
Interview for Personality Test- 200 Marks.
Police exam 2013 Eligiblity:-
Degree of a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates appearing in the degree exam are allowed to appear at the exam but are required to submit proof of passing alongwith the Detailed Application Forms which are to be submitted after qualifying the written test, medical standards test and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET)
(D) Both Males and Females are eligible for CISF and CRPF. For SSB, BSF and ITBP only Male candidates are eligible.

The exam will be held in the month of October.
Where To Get The Application Form :-
Candidates must apply In the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Offices (specified in Appendix-III of the Notice) throughout the country against cash payment of Rs.20/- (Rupees twenty only). Each such Form can be used only once and only for one examination.
Police exam 2013 Results :-
the result will be declared in the month of December.
