Here are the details of BHU Medical Entrance 2013 Exam, Dates, Paper Pattern, Centres, Colleges and Online Application Forms.
 
What is BHU PMT?
BHU PMT stands for Banaras Hindu University Pre-Medical Entrance Test. The entrance exam is conducted by Banaras Hindu University for getting admission into MBBS courses. The filling of application forms starts in the third week of February and it lasts till second week of March. The score will be valid for 1 year only. 
 
BHU PMT 2013 Paper Pattern :-
The exam Paper will consists of the following 2 stages :-
* PMT/PAT screening
* PMT – Main
For the others only the PMT screening test is required.
The screening test will be out of 200 marks comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and zoology.
 
 
BHU PMT 2013 Courses Offered:-
* MBBS.
* BDS.
* BAMS.
* B.Pharm.
 
BHU PMT 2013 Eligiblity:-
* Students must have passed Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology   + Botany) taken together.
* For MBBS/BDS/BAMS :-
A minimum of 50% marks for general and 45% for general-PC Students and 40% marks for OBC/SC/ST and respective PC Students.
 
For B.Pharm :- 
 A minimum of 60% marks for general / OBC and respective PC Students and 55% marks for SC/ST and  respective PC  Students.
 Students appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.

Number of seats through BHU PMT :-
Around 220 seats are available to students in different courses which are offered by Banaras Hindu University.

BHU PMT 2013 Exam Date :-
The exam will held in the month of June.
 
BHU PMT Marking Scheme :-
There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.
 
BHU PMT 2013 Cutoff :-
A score of 60% in the screening test qualifies you for the main exam. The exam cut off for main is subject to change depending upon the overall performance of the student. A score of 75-80% can normally ensure you a seat in BHU.
 
Where To Get The Application Form :-
The application form will be available on the officail website or can be obtained from Bank of Baroda, BHU Branch, S.S. Hospital, Varanasi. 
 
BHU PMT 2013 Results :-
The result will be declared in the month of August.
